Getting started on your loan with Community Bank is easy. Just follow the steps below, and gather a few documents to help us review your request.
- Complete the Personal Financial Statement for each guarantor (alternatively, you can use an existing personal financial statement)
- Fill out the PDF form
- Print the completed financial statement
- Each guarantor should sign and date the financial statement
- Gather supporting documents
- Last three (3) years of tax returns for all related entities, including the borrower and guarantors
- Year to date financial statements, including an income statement and balance sheet
- Any supporting financial information you would like us to consider such as projections, rent roll, accounts receivable aging, purchase agreement, etc.
- Submit your information-once everything is complete, you can either upload your documents using our secure portal or drop them off in person at the bank-whatever works best for you.
